As fat people are drawn to junk food, as we are drawn to the most negative news.
For a couple of years we have been suffering from anxiety and need to watch the news. We have become information fat stores. If there was such a profession, I would like to be an information nutritionist, I swear.
And with the right balance of getting information from the outside, you are the healthiest person. Balanced news is:
Important news: what concerns everyone who watches it; Take it in the right proportions, not something that affects you like a rude passer-by shoulder, but something that will allow you to get out of the routine.
Exciting news: what makes your eyes burn with passion (not fear, but passion for this world);
Interesting news: something that will allow you to think about it, read a number of books or articles about it, continue the story of the news or find the backstory;
Heartfelt news: when the heart is filled with love. It could be climbing mount Everest, it could be a newborn kangaroo, snow in Vancouver. What makes you love the whole world.
There is good news that like superfood feeds you the necessary energy from the inside.
You know, I watched yesterday that it snowed in Vancouver. I just found a Canadian channel and watched at the cool snow there. And you know what? That was awesome! And a few days ago, I clapped my hands at the news about the super-fast train from the space company, because it’s news! It’s really fascinating.
Of course, all of us people break down and discuss fast food from the news, but we are ordinary consumers. If we are discussing this, it means that this harmful food for thought somehow got on our plate.
Awareness of global disaster is not making people act as locals. Consumers get discouraged by information they receive.
